Processing time
Every frame is made to order in our Queanbeyan workshop. We aim to have orders ready to send within 5–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page. Large, custom or high-volume orders may take longer, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide with Australia Post and other trusted couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you tracking details. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the carrier.
Pick-up
You can choose free pick-up at checkout from:
- Queanbeyan workshop: 30 Yass Road, Queanbeyan NSW 2620
- Tuggeranong store: Shop G-011, South.Point, Greenway ACT 2900
We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Packaging and glass
Every frame is carefully packed to travel safely. For some large items, we may ship with acrylic instead of glass, or arrange a specialist courier. If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you first.
Damaged in transit
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@actframingdoctor.com.au with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Delivery issues
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it wasn’t collected, we may need to charge to resend it.
